- Identity: name, surname, Turkish ID number (for e-invoices)
- Contact: e-mail, phone, address
- Transactions: orders, cart, requests and complaints, billing details
- Finance: payment method and transaction details, IBAN (for refunds). Card details are never stored by us.
- Security: IP address, browser data, login and risk logs
- Marketing: communication preferences and purchase history, with your consent
3. Purposes and Legal Grounds
Performance of the contract (orders, delivery, invoicing, support), legal obligations (tax and commercial law), legitimate interest (fraud prevention, security) and, where required, your explicit consent (marketing messages, analytics/marketing cookies).
4. Transfers
Data may be shared, limited to these purposes, with payment institutions and banks, shipping companies, our e-invoice provider, SMS/WhatsApp/e-mail and hosting providers, and authorized public authorities. Some providers may process data abroad in compliance with Article 9 of KVKK.
5. Your Rights
Under Article 11 of KVKK you may request information about, correction, deletion or destruction of your data, object to automated decisions and claim compensation.
